BOOKING POLICY

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All Reservations:

  • Departures occur at the scheduled time. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded.

  • To reschedule or cancel a reservation, you must call at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Failure to do so will result in the loss of your reservation deposit (no refunds) and the inability to reschedule for another date.

  • Any concerns or complaints must be reported to our staff immediately while on-site in REAL-TIME. We are unable to address complaints after the experience is completed.

Yacht Rentals:

  • No refunds under any circumstances.

Same-Day Reservations:

  • Final Sale: By booking for the same day, or outside the policy stated above, the client acknowledges that there are no refunds, no cancellations, and no rescheduling.

Weather Policy

  • If weather conditions affect your scheduled experience before the ride begins, we will notify all customers via call, text, or email and provide an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds are available only if you cannot make it for another date before your ride starts.

  • For small passing showers, we may wait a few minutes (usually around 15 minutes) and go out once it stops raining.

  • Decisions are based on weather in our local area. Rain elsewhere or cloudy skies do not justify cancellation.

  • Once the ride has started, the ride will continue regardless of changing weather conditions. Clients acknowledge that we are not responsible for weather changes that occur mid-ride, and no refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling will be offered for weather that develops after departure.
